The sale of Goods and the provision of Services in the allsilver.pl warehouse is directed only to other entrepreneurs.

If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them without giving a reason within 7 days of receiving the order.

With constant cooperation, it is enough to collect products for return and send them back to our warehouse once every 6 months. With the next order, we settle them in value. It is important that the returned items are new, marked with the symbol from our warehouse and reported for return within 7 days of receipt by phone or via the website www.allsilver.pl.

If customers want a quick settlement of the return, please return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days, and we will issue a correcting invoice.

Complaints of purchased goods from your customers are dealt with within 2 weeks, then you must attach the sales document.

We ask that all returns be made in the same way as they were purchased, i.e. for example: in the case of purchases via the allsilver.pl website, this is how the return should be made. This will speed up the return settlement process.
